The TD Festival of South Asia creates a window into the East to celebrate and experience the culture and cuisine of South Asia.It takes place from 6-7July in Gerrard India Bazaar from 12:00-11:00 p.m.
On 6th July, the event is presenting its third annual South Asia’s Got Talent show for Toronto based youth.It showcases the best Toronto youth have to offer in dance, singing, drama, magic and much more. Visit southasiasgottalent.com for details.
The main stage will feature dancing, and South Asian programs reflecting Indian, Afghani,Pakistani,Bengali and Sri Lankan cultures. On Street, visitors will be enticed by the tastes offered by more than 20 restaurants,priced from 1-6 dollars.
