More than 26,000 came out to celebrate Canada’s 145 birthday at Mel Lastman Square. The event kicked off with music and dance celebrating Canada’s cultural diversity, followed by electrifying musical performances by Saidah Baba Talibah and The Slakeldeliqs with special guest pop vocalist Justin Nozuka, and ended with spectacular fireworks from Groope Fiut Lut.
